The development comprises a 5-storey wood framed rental building with two floors of underground parking. The development incorporates 80 apartments with 69 car parking spaces. A fitness center and resident lounge is included, in addition to a roof top deck with outdoor furniture and barbeques. The building is within walking distance to a wide array of restaurants, bars, pubs, the Space Needle, and Key Arena in the lower Queen Anne neighborhood, and only five minutes to the Seattle CBD. Completed in April 2019.
